OMG, I had the most mind-blowing stay at this hotel! First of all, they actually exchanged my English pounds - how super is that?! And let me tell you about the balcony - it was HUGE and the view of the sea was absolutely jaw-dropping. The room had a cozy, lived-in feel, which was exactly what I was looking for in a mediocre hotel experience. And guess what? The sound of the waves was like a lullaby, putting me to sleep in no time. The staff was incredibly sweet, not only calling me to remind me about my airport transfer, but also arranging a taxi for me. And OMG, that pool! It was simply amazing, with seating right on the edge of the sea - talk about the perfect spot for a relaxing swim. While the bar may not have lived up to my London bar standards, the reasonably attentive staff made up for it with their fluent English. this hotel was a total winner!

The location was unbeatable and excellent - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Easy access to Ibn Batouta airport, which was about 21 minutes' drive away. The staff were all affable, amicable.

I had a wonderful stay at Umh Tarik. I was there for three nights and the location was perfect, not far from the center and close to the beach. Getting a taxi was easy. The hotel had a great variety for breakfast, which was tasty and served at convenient times. My room was supposed to be standard, but I got one with a beautiful beach view. The hotel staff were friendly and they cleaned my room daily, even changing the sheets. It was a great experience overall.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel or go back again unless it changes. It could improve by investing in better quality furniture and updating the interior.

During my recent stay at Umh Tarik in Tangier, I was pleased with the spacious room and stunning beach view. It was a great value for the price. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony, although I did notice that the sliding doors didn't have handles to get back in if closed. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast, although not included, was reasonably priced and offered a variety of pastries, bread, and beverages. The free WiFi, when it worked, was a nice amenity. I also appreciated the helpful English-speaking staff at the front desk. Despite being a 30-minute walk from the main city, the quiet location of the hotel was a welcome retreat. I would recommend Umh Tarik for its rooms and amenities. Keep in mind that there may be some minor inconveniences such as limited TV channels and the occasional WiFi issue. But for the price and the quality of the accommodation, it is worth considering for your stay in Tangier.

We had a bit of a rocky start with the hotel, but the staff at Umh Tarik went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They quickly addressed a problem with the balcony door in our room and found us a new room with a wonderful view of the ocean. The breakfast overlooking the beach was a great start to our day. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and beautiful views.
